B. Measures at public Utility Systems / contemporaneously going Construction Work of public Utilities.
Public Telecommunication
In the access area to the production facilities as well as in the replanned parking lot for employees there is an underground cable of the public telecommunication parallel to the production facilities. The cable system is to be laid according to the existing planning documents. The pipe laying is carried out by the public Utility and is to be coordinated with the inner construction work.
In addition to that there is a telecommunications line (overhead line) in the access area. This line with two pole positions up to the existing Gatekeeper’s Lodge (Main Gate) is also displaced resp. relocated by the public Utility and is to be co-ordinated with the inner construction work.

Data Cable / -Systems
In the access area to the production facilities as well as in the replanned parking lot for employees there is a data cable parallel to the production facilities. This cable system may not only consist of fibreglass cable but also of copper cable with up to 1000-pair and per 0.8 mm diameter / conductor. The cable system is to be permanently kept in operation. The cable system is to be laid according to the existing planning documents. The pipe laying is carried out by the public Utility and to be coordinated with the inner construction work.

Общественная электросвязь

В области доступа в производственные помещения, а также на перепланированную автостоянку, для работников имеется подземный кабель общественный телекоммуникационный параллельно с производственными мощностями.Кабель системы должен быть заложен в соответствии с существующими документами планирования. Прокладка комуникаций  осуществляется по коммунальным схемам и будет координироваться с внутренними строительными работами.
В дополнение к этому имеется телекоммуникационные линии (ВЛ), в области доступа. Это соответствует двум позициям полюса до существующего Gatekeeper в Lodge (главные ворота) также перемещенных Респ. переведен на коммунальные и будет координироваться с внутренней строительных работ.
